Your new home will be covered by a 10-year LABC Warranty, to provide you with peace of mind and safeguard your investment.
The Warranty is broken down into two definitive periods:
Defect Insurance Period (Years 1 & 2)
The two-year Defects Insurance Period commences following the legal completion of your new home. Details of what is covered during this period are outlined in our New Home Handover Pack.
Structural Insurance Period (Years 1 to 10)
The new home will then continue to be covered by the LABC Warranty for a further eight years as part of the LABC Structural Insurance Period. During this time, you will need to contact LABC directly.
