Location

We think carefully about the location of our developments to ensure they are in desirable locations with easy access to transport links, shops, schools, local amenities and open green spaces.

Design

Whether you are looking for a first home, second home, a home just for you or one for your growing family, our diverse portfolio of properties are all designed with modern living in mind, creating stylish and practical homes.

We also ensure the external elevations and development landscaping are sympathetic to their locality, and reflect the character and style of their surroundings.

Make it Yours

If you reserve your home early enough in the build process, you can choose your kitchen finishes including the cupboard doors, handles and worktops.  You can also choose bathroom wall tiles and flooring.

Our general specification is of a very high standard, however, there may also be the opportunity to choose from a range of extras. The Sales Executive will be able to discuss these with you.

Energy Efficiency & Sustainability

We are always looking for new ways to improve the energy efficiency of our new homes. Thanks to increased insulation, modern double glazing, ventilation, lighting, and heating systems, 100% of our homes have an Energy Performance Certificate rating (EPC) of B or above.

All our homes are fitted with Air Source Heat Pumps, which are renowned for their energy efficiency as for every unit of electricity they consume they produce multiple units of energy as heat. They are also sustainable as they do not rely on burning fossil fuels but instead harness the natural air to produce heat. Many homes also include Solar PV panels as standard. Solar PV panels capture the sunlight’s energy and convert it into electricity to be used in the home, therefore saving you money. Except for Kenwith Meadows, all homes have an Electric Vehicle Charge Point

Efficient water fittings are also installed to reduce water consumption, including dual flush toilets, and efficient shower and bath fittings.
